Contact details

For a correction, use the subject Calculator correction: [page name]. For an accessibility issue, use Accessibility: [page name]. These subjects help distinguish your request; a screenshot or worked example is optional.

Clicking the email link opens your configured email application. This page does not submit a message or collect information through a contact form. You can also copy the address into your preferred email service.

Report a calculator problem

Use a subject such as “Calculator error” and include the name or address of the affected page. Please provide the input values and units, the result displayed, the result you expected, and the steps that led to the problem. If you are reporting a formula issue, include a reference or a worked calculation when available.

For display or interaction problems, tell us your device, browser, and whether the issue happens in portrait or landscape mode. Describe the button or field involved. You can attach a screenshot to your email after removing personal information.

Suggest a tool or improvement

Explain the question you want the calculator to answer, the inputs you would expect, and how you would use the result. Requests for clearer instructions, additional units, and more accessible controls are welcome. We consider suggestions alongside the site's existing work; sending a suggestion does not guarantee a release date.

Privacy and data requests

For questions about information you have shared with us, use the subject “Privacy request.” Describe your request and provide the email address used for earlier correspondence so we can locate it. We may ask for enough information to verify that the request concerns you. Please do not send passwords, identity documents, bank details, or sensitive medical information in an initial email.

Calculation history stored on your device is not available to us through this contact address. You can delete it using the calculator's tape controls or by clearing the site's data in your browser. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Content, copyright, and business enquiries

For a concern about content or rights, identify the page and material involved, explain the concern, and include evidence of your authority where relevant. For business enquiries, explain the proposed arrangement and provide a reply address. Messages are reviewed as practical; we do not guarantee a particular response time.
